Dr. Mike Narayansingh
Dr. Mike graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1995 and completed a residency at London Health Sciences Hospitals. After six years as an associate in Cambridge, he purchased his Kitchener practice in 2003, building it into a cornerstone of care.
He and his team are committed to delivering high-quality, affordable, and personalized dentistry. A member of The Royal College of Dentistry and Waterloo Wellington Dental Society, he supports local charities, providing help to those in need of accessible dental services.
In his downtime, Dr. Mike enjoys golfing on scenic courses, crafting intricate models, drumming to his favorite beats, and exploring the night sky through his fascination with astronomy.
Dr. J. Gangwani
Dr. J has been a dentist for over 20 years, graduating with Honours from the University of Toronto, where he earned recognition for his exceptional skills in Oral Surgery and Periodontics.
For the past 12 years, he’s served the Kitchener community, offering expertise in every aspect of dentistry. A strong advocate for continuing education, he strives to provide a caring, comfortable experience, using his clinical and interpersonal talents to help patients achieve healthy, radiant smiles they deserve.
Happily married with two daughters, Dr. J values quality family time outside the practice. His interests include traveling to explore new cultures, relaxing with a captivating book, and playing cricket with enthusiasm.
Dr. Kharod
Dr. Kharod earned his DDS from the University of Alberta, building on his BDS (2009) and MDS in Endodontics from Gujarat University, India. After five years as a consultant endodontist in India, he now limits his practice to root canal treatment at Dreamcrest Dental.
A passionate general dentist, Dr. Kharod prioritizes patient comfort and is an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Association.
Outside the office, he enjoys reading fiction and exploring the outdoors, and cherishes time with his wife and two sons.
Dr. Hiral Shah
Dr. Hiral Shah earned her DDS from the University of Alberta, building on her BDS (2009) and MDS in Periodontics (2014) from Gujarat University, India. After practicing in Edmonton, she has returned to bring her expertise and passion for dentistry to Dental Solutions.
A firm believer in personalized care, Dr. Shah enjoys treating patients of all ages and creates a warm, welcoming environment to help every patient feel at ease.
Outside the office, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two young boys, staying active and connected to family life.
Kamila
Kamila, a skilled Denturist, is passionate about helping patients smile with confidence. An honours graduate of George Brown College’s Denturism program, she combines technical precision with a caring approach, ensuring patients feel supported.
She crafts custom dentures and guides fittings, focusing on restoring function and self-esteem. Her calm demeanor and keen eye for detail make her a trusted ally in the denture process.
Outside work, Kamila enjoys tropical travel, dancing, and time with loved ones. She also values relaxing to recharge for new challenges.
Sandi
Sandi, our lively Treatment Coordinator, is a devoted mom to two active kids and three spirited cats, often cheering enthusiastically at dance recitals, hockey games, or baseball matches.
An avid runner, she’s completed two marathons, five ultramarathons, and countless other races, fueled by her passion for coffee and determination. With a degree in Law and Security, she keeps our office running smoothly while infusing it with energy and humor—despite her own playful fear of the dentist!
Sandi is dedicated to making your visits welcoming and stress-free, offering personalized support with a bright smile and genuine care every step of the way.
Tejal
Tejal brings over 13 years of dental hygiene experience, building a strong foundation in preventive care, patient education, and gentle treatment since graduating in Vancouver in 2013.
She is passionate about creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient, taking the time to understand their individual needs and concerns.
Outside the clinic, Tejal is a proud parent who enjoys family time. Being a parent helps her easily connect with patients of all ages.
Ann
Ann has been a Dental Hygienist for over 21 years, offering gentle, calming care. She was president of the Ontario Dental Hygienist Association (2018-2019) and belongs to the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario.
She volunteers with outreach programs and supports the Waterloo Wellington Dental Hygienist Society, ensuring positive patient experiences.
Ann loves family time at Sauble Beach and traveling to explore new places in her leisure hours.
Lily Nguyen
Lily graduated from the Canadian Academy of Dental Health and joined Dental Solutions in 2020. She helps patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through education and preventive care.
Trained as an orthodontic hygienist, Lily works alongside our orthodontist and brings extensive knowledge of braces and Invisalign to every treatment.
Outside the office, Lily enjoys yoga, exploring nature, cooking Vietnamese cuisine, and time with her beloved dogs.
Marylou
Marylou has been a dental assistant for over 22 years, including 16 with Dr. Mike. Known for dedication and hard work, she ensures excellent, efficient dentistry.
She’s hands-on, keeping the practice running smoothly while prioritizing patient comfort with a professional, caring approach that enhances every visit.
When not assisting, Marylou enjoys relaxing with friends and family, reflecting her dependable nature in and out of the office.
Maryam
Maryam is a Level II Certified Dental Assistant who has successfully passed the NDAEB exam. She brings strong clinical knowledge, a passion for dentistry, and a caring approach to the Dental Solutions team.
Dedicated to patient comfort, Maryam assists with a wide range of dental procedures while supporting both patients and the dental team with professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
She is committed to maintaining excellent infection control standards and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing learning in the dental field.
Fe
Fe is a Level II Dental Assistant and a proud member of the Ontario Dental Assistants Association. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and have a positive experience at Dental Solutions.
Working alongside our dental team, Fe keeps every appointment running smoothly, and her friendly, compassionate approach puts patients at ease.
Outside the office, Fe enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, camping, and gardening.
Vaidehi (Vee)
Vaidehi (Vee) Upadhyay is our Office Administrator. With a background in dentistry and a degree in Healthcare Administration, she ensures smooth operations and a great patient experience.
Known for her compassionate nature, Vee’s strong communication keeps the clinic efficient while making patients feel truly valued.
Beyond work, Vee is a nationally recognized dancer who is dedicated to creating a welcoming, empathetic environment for everyone.
